About this house rental
Vacation Home in Praia de Santiago.
Quiet beach, large plot of land near the main entrance and 80 meters from the beach sand. Accommodation for 12 people, swimming pool, barbecue, stove, oven, utensils, air conditioning in 4 bedrooms (1 air conditioning fan under maintenance), 3 of which are suites. 5 in total, all with double beds and 3 single beds. (Bring bed linens and towels, personal hygiene products). WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINENS.
Smart TV room with 60-inch Sony Blu-ray player and 5.0 sound. (Parties and events are not allowed.) Please note that this is a beach with 50 houses, with a strict association focused on maintaining tranquility. Pets are not allowed on the beach throughout the municipality, however, 1 or 2 domesticated animals are welcome with prior notice.
The house has electric showers, which are not very necessary during the months of November to February. For minor emergencies, we have a caretaker who can make repairs and provide some additional services, such as recommending a cleaning lady, cook, barbecue chef, and beach service.
