Primeiramente, fomos bem atendidos pela dona Soraia que nos prestou todas as informações e suporte. O condomínio é maravilhoso, lugar charmoso, bem frequentado, duas vagas de garagem coberta e ainda com possibilidade estacionamento para visitantes. O condomínio ainda possui um pequeno elevador que auxilia bastante na logística das bagagens. Sobre o imóvel- impecável, situado no térreo, com jardim a em frente, com uma mesa aconchegante e bem localizada. Unidade com varanda gourmet, com churrasqueira, televisao, sofá, etc. o apartamento é novo e alem do bom gosto da decoração, é muito bem equipado, não há melindres por se tratar de uma locação. Os três quartos sao bastante confortáveis, com TV e A/C. Pequenos detalhes tb fazem a diferença: toalha de piscina, cadeiras e sombreiro para a praia, roupa de cama, toalhas de banho, etc. ou seja, existe uma preocupação do proprietário em proporcionar uma excelente estadia.
