This property was very conveniently located. Lots of traffic in the area yet very quiet. Loved being able walk the resort park in the mornings and relax by the community pool in the hot sun during the afternoon hours. First time staying at 55+ community was also a plus. We hope to stay again next March.

Property was as pictured/described. Owner had good notes at the property. The space is smaller (good for 2) and could use updating with decor. My husband golfed every day. He was there visiting our son at a local college. Great value for $.

The home we rented was perfect for our stay in Davenport. It was so easy to find, had so many options for dining nearby and was very well kept!We loved the comfy bed, hard surface floors and countertops, ceiling fans and loads of light through the windows in the living/dining area! There's even a washer/dryer combo that come in very handy!There were many other amenities we didn't get a chance to use, such as the BBQ grill, screened in porch, patio furniture and the gas fire pit. Maybe the next time we're there!

This is a very nice property and we really enjoyed staying here. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to many different shopping and dining options. We plan to stay here again!
