Very friendly and very efficient. Quick with any questions we had. We definitely would recommend this home and owners to everyone. They are fair on prices and provided us a beautiful home for our daughters sweet 16 celebration week! Definitely be back!!

We are just ending our 6th year escaping the Canadian winter at the Royal Palms house. Deb and Kevin's lovely home has provided us with another 2 months of Florida sunshine and contentment.
Since we've been coming here there have been upgrades to the exterior and interior of the house and Deb is always looking for ways to improve visitors' experience in their home.
We know you will enjoy your stay at Royal Palms (once we leave of course!).

We booked this property last minute as we were going to be in town due to a family emergency. The house was clean but furniture could use an update. The coffee maker was older and unusable, but we brought it up to the property management company and a new one was delivered that same evening. Even though the water heater was set to high, water in the showers only got to lukewarm.There were ants in the unit when we got there but there were also traps which took care of the problem.We didn't use the pool area. Overall the property was adequate for our needs and close to family. Communication between property management and us was smooth. We would stay here again under happier circumstances.
