Home was as described. Love the location across the street from the Arkansas River trails. Kitchen had little storage so had to dig in cabinets to find pots and pans.

We had a wonderful time. The place was super clean and very roomy. It was decorated very nicely too and could tell it was well cared for.

The home was clean and the beds comfortable. One dining table was not usable. It has a broken back. The outdoor space was special but the outdoor furniture was not cleaned to use. We had hoped to grill but the unit itself was covered with spider webs inside and with rusted out heating elements. Equally disappointing was the stove top. Those heating elements were not operating efficiently. We had to move pot and pan around the burners as they heated up to red before they cooled off despite being set on high. The home is tired and so is the neighborhood. The garbage disposal was also not working. The welcome email provided an address to contact for late checkout requests. After receiving no response after 4 days I made a second request. Thank fully I received a response on checkout day. The request was granted. At no fault of the owner the electricity went out on the last night of our stay. Simultaneously, there was an intermittent “beeping” from a unit plugged into a wall. Even with the unit was removed from the wall the beeping continued leading to a sleepless night.
