Cottage 1 is in the grounds of Brook House B&B. Tucked away down a long driveway off Highway1. Ideal for guests that prefer to do “ their own thing” You can park right outside this spacious fully self contained cottage. Cottage 1 is perfect for a couple that want a bit of space and quiet. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen also a washing machine & dryer. This cottage is pet friendly providing your pet is well behaved and you bring its bedding.

We enjoyed our stay which was close enough to the coast to enjoy our day there. The host was very helpful and we really appreciated the washer snd dryer.

Cozy cottage to stay and a host that is a delight to deal with. Judy was very helpful on telling us about the local areas to go to as well as tips on where to buy lobsters!
Our little Archie(pooch) has made friends with Judy’s Charlie(yet another pooch). He didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay. Funny that! Thanks Judy

Host was pleasant and provided details on local activities. However property was basic and dated when compared to other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in for similar price.
