House was easy check in process, owner was great and allowed an exception for us bring out 12yr elderly 15lb dog which we would of had to cancel if not.
Boat ramp is about 1 mile away and was easy.

Location was great. The place was clean and very welcoming. The only issues I had was there was everything for coffee but no coffee. And the thermostat is set between 78 and 80 and there is no way to change it.
