Very clean and everything we needed
Some might say location, not on water but does have easy access to boat ramp and still great views of the river.

convenient
no Wi-Fi/internet. tried working with local contact-he couldn’t get internet company to help us. we had to go out to watch nfl playoff games. I was told I’d get some refunded. still waiting.
