The Space:
This ground-floor, 3-bedroom condo at Vista Cay by Millennium sleeps up to 8 guests just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Orlando's biggest attractions. The standout? Full resort access — pools, arcade, fitness center, and lakeside trails — without the hotel price tag.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third has two double beds — great for kids or extra guests. Every bedroom includes a TV and desk. A second full bathroom with tub-shower sits just off the hallway.
Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area
The open-plan living area flows into a dining space with seating for six — perfect for morning pancakes or late-night card games. Starter supplies are provided — paper towels, dish soap, one trash bag per bin, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus shampoo and body soap in each bathroom.

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
Booking Requirements
- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)
