About this bed and breakfast
This is the Ultimate Sequoia Riverfront Destination! Beautifully designed Adobe-style guest house located on a 1-mile stretch of shared riverfront access. Insanely huge backyard with sandy beach and outdoor gazebo dining area. Beautiful spacious deck overlooking the Kaweah River. Just 10 min from Sequoia National park entrance gate! Perfect for large families looking to experience everything Three Rivers has to offer.

★Please note ★
-We do not allow any events including parties/weddings. We only allow the maximum amount of guests and no more. We will be notified if someone is trying to throw an event/party, or if there are more than the allowed number of guests. If this happens, the cops will be called and all guests will be removed immediately.
-All guests who are booking must sign a General Liability Release Waiver

Beautiful Pueblo Revival style house with spacious bedroom/living area, dining area, 1 bathroom, and private patio overlooking the river!

Business partners and lifetime best friends Ben and Adam love the opportunity to help share this amazing area with guests from all over the world! As self-described health/nature nuts, they are more than happy to point you in the direction of a stellar pressed Juice, yoga/meditation studio, or spot to watch a damn good sunset.
-This listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We have elderly neighbors that aren't too fond of loud guests or parties. Our neighbors told us they will call the cops if they have any issues. We want to make sure all guests are aware that this is not a party spot. We will have to take your entire security deposit if our neighbors contact us about any issues. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors.
-The house runs off river water. It's pumped in and filtered. Whilst suitable for showering, washing dishes, etc.. it is not to be used for drinking.
Entire guest house and patio area. Backyard and riverfront access are shared with the main house guests.
Please do not jump off any of the balconies or rocks. The river is very rocky and shallow. You risk drowning or being seriously injured if you jump off any rocks or balconies. There are no safe places to jump into the river.
Please be aware of the river current. The river current can become very strong and can sweep you off your feet if you are not paying attention.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in the backyard and around the riverbed area/beach. Children can be easily swept up and taken down the river by the current.
Please watch out for snakes and other animal life. This property is very large and there is wildlife that likes to come down to the river for a drink. Please keep an eye on children!

Perfect getaway for us. We needed this! The studio was ideal for our needs. The place was clean and had all of the amenities. Our favorite spot was on the deck, overlooking the beautiful river. What a peaceful retreat. Ben was very communicative and accommodating. Thank you!

This was so much better than staying in a motel. Being adjacent to a flowing river, just a few feet from the back porch made it delightfully close-to-nature. Located just about 5 miles from the entrance to entrance to the Sequoia National Park also made it more of an immersion experience. The house itself was clean, tastefully decorated, and well appointed. The host was friendly, available, and helpful.

The location is absolutely spectacular and peaceful!
The Guest House itself needs some attention. Although the property is entered by an electric gate, and the Guest House has an entrance lock, anyone can enter the Guest House by simply pushing the double doors open. This felt unsafe.
Bring a nightlight for the bathroom so you don't stumble on the steps. It could use an upgrade in patio furniture and amenities, BUT, because of the location, it is worth it! We would return if the locks were fixed.
NOTE: Save the Wifi password BEFORE you enter the property - there is no service on the property to retrieve it. We went to the coffee shop in town to open our correspondence.
