This 3-story, 1-bedroom (plus loft) townhome is in the middle of all the best Tahoe has to offer. Whether it's a ski weekend or summertime retreat, you're close to the best casinos, restaurants, and shops - not to mention the stunning natural beauty of Lake Tahoe.

The open-concept living area is perfect for lounging after a day on the mountain or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings and large picture windows let in incredible natural light. With comfy living room seating for 7 and a sturdy dining table for 5, there is space for everyone. The living space includes a large TV and a wood-burning fireplace. The balcony is accessible from the second-floor living area. The bedroom is on the ground floor with a king bed and TV. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. On the third floor is the open loft with 1 full bed and 1 queen bed.

Bicycle paths are accessible directly behind Lakeland Village. Short drives to world-class mountain bicycle trails, Edgewood Golf Course, and the stunning Emerald Bay.
Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

The location of the apartment can't be beat, close to so many amenities and activities. The apartment was clean, everything was in working order and we had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Goods: location, clean, washer & dryer, some basics in the kitchen (oil salt pepper cookware) towels for beach, private beach, hot tubs/pool
Not so good: furnace so loud that we had to turn off to sleep ( we are somewhat light sleepers)
Those on 3rd level loft have to come down 2 floors for restroom- wanted us to not leave key for bears to get in garbage bins but there wasn’t a key- lock on door had a small issue and wouldn’t automatically lock.
They don’t want furniture moved- coffee table in living room is to far to put your beverage on soooo ??
Lots of texts from the management company the week of traveling. Made things stressful when you have a busy week working. To many dos and donts to remember.
They were quick at replying though.
I would pick a different unit next time or a hotel with less rules to remember
