Set high above Sunshine Bay, this classic coastal cottage is all about the outlook, with expansive ocean views creating a beautiful backdrop for a relaxed South Coast escape.
Inside, the spacious living and dining area flows through to a light-filled sunroom, giving you plenty of room to sit back and enjoy the view. Timber floors and the home's original coastal character add to the relaxed atmosphere, while reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area provides year-round comfort.
The kitchen has everything you need for an easy holiday stay, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Step outside to the sunny porch and deck for your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or a casual BBQ with the ocean stretching out before you.
The home has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, making it a great option for couples, families, or a small group travelling together. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the home.

We had a couple of nights at top of the world and had the best time. This is an older style house simply renovated and with modern furniture. The views took our breath away every morning. The house was very clean, beds comfy and the property manager Kate was very responsive. We are already planning our next visit in the warmer weather.

Lovely older beach house. We stayed in winter so the portable heaters came in handy. This property is managed by Bateman's Bay Accommodation. Great communication with them, and they were helpful when we needed their assistance for a couple of issues we encountered. There is a washing machine for use but, unfortunately, no drying rack or clothes line which made drying our wash difficult.
