Offering reverse cycle air conditioning through out the unit and a flat screen TV in the main bedroom. The outdoor setting has been recently updated that so you can relax. This grand resort style complex offers relaxed living set amidst generous lawn and garden areas. It boasts a full size tennis court with rackets and balls, swimming pool with noodles and leisure area, electric BBQ's with picnic tables. The lounge room offers a selection of books and games to keep the kids busy on a rainy day.
A short stroll along beautiful Mollymook Beach will lead you to shops, cafes, and the 9 hole golf course with adjoining club.
Important Notes
- Linen and towels are included however please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels
- This property is not pet friendly
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled

Loved the location across from the beach. Loved the swimming pool too. Plenty of room and beautiful kitchen.

Great apartment in convenient location, great being on ground floor with large grass area and pool for kids to play.

Location is fantastic. Pool and tennis court is great. Listing says wifi but we couldn’t find info anywhere and could never get a hold of the property manager. Beds are pretty hard. Needs some upgrades around the place.
