Instructions for collecting the keys were incorrect. We were told in the email to collect the keys from 89 Mitchell Parade. That was incorrect as that office no longer exists. Turned out the keys were in the key lock at our unit. Had we arrived late at night or similar it would have been a real problem.

great location 2 minute walk to the beach and surf club. The house had all the basics
the beds are extremely uncomfortable, mattresses are clean but really old. There are fans upstairs but they can’t be used as the bunk beds are too close and it’s really dangerous for children. No linen provided, not even a tea towel, which is a stretch given the cost. Some small improvements could make this a great place as the location is great it’s just lacking the care for guest comfort

Location was good. Size of property was good.
No locks on any bathroom doors. Not clearly enough stated that there would be no linen supplied. You want to be able to walk in and walk out especially given the price you pay per night.
