We enjoyed our week spent in Grant. Neat and clean. Children spent allot of time in pool. Dolphins were around dock most mornings.

The description and pictures of the house online were complete accurate. However, pictures don't do justice to the amazing view from the massive second story balcony! We were able to see manatees, dolphins and several types of birds during our stay. Having access to the dock to fish directly across the street was a great bonus.
Check-in was a breeze and we were even able to check in early. (an option I have never been offered by any other host) The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. With 5 bedroom and 5 baths space was not an issue.
Communication was quick and easy from start to end. I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone who is traveling with a group, rather it be with children or adults.

Wonderful relaxation and family time. We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful house. It was well-maintained, lots of space, beautiful interior/exterior and close to the USSSA Field. The owners are wonderful people and we know if you stay here you will have the most excellent time and be able to relax. It is right there on the inlet. To see the sunrise every morning made you smile to start the day. You would not want to miss this opportunity to stay at this house.

This property is an excellent location for a family vacation near the beaches in the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook and prepare meals for the family. The pool gets plenty of sunshine during the morning and afternoon. We enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee watching the sunrise in the mornings and saw dolphins by the docks. The children enjoyed fishing off the docks.
