Barefoot Bay in Sebastian is a Manufactured home community, with lots recreational and community activities near the scenic Indian River in Sebastian, Florida.
Sebastian is nestled between Vero Beach and Melbourne along Indian River Lagoon

The Barefoot Bay Rec Dept issues passes that enable you to enjoy the facilities they provide. The fee is $7 for weekdays or 8/ day for weekends or $20 a week if you purchase the passes through me because I am a home owner.,
I have to get the passes for you in advance of your visit, so please let me know as soon as you decide. and I will get the passes and you can reimburse me.
If you wait until you are here and pay as a visitor, they charge $35/day
Included in the cost of the passes are 3 heated swimming pools. Enjoy tennis, racket ball and pickle ball courts. Bocci ball, shuffle board. Billiards, 18 hole golf course (extra fees and appointments necessary). Playgrounds in the area., walking paths, a pier and many daily activities.
Weekend poolside activities, music. Lounge at poolside, with food and beverages for sale. Karaoki, live music on weekends. .
There is a pleasant walking paths good for humans and doggies. You will have a key for the locked boardwalk on the Indian River, and also for the Barefoot Bay Beach.
where you will not need a pass, but will need the key.
You will find several relaxing and affordable restaurants along the Indian River.
Also several restaurants within Barefoot Bay to choose from, with delivery or eat in options.
Easy nearby grocery shopping, hair salons, library, nearby medical facilities.
The closest beaches are Wabasso or Golden Sands , the 15 mile drive there is scenic, and you will pass restaurants, and shops that might interest you.

This VRBO had everything we wanted and more. The host was very attentive, checking before we got there and after to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided many amenities, such as oatmeal, popcorn, granola bars, candy, and all the condiments we could need. They also had all the toiletries you could ever want. There are three seating areas inside and two outside. We were able to easily get pool passes, which were really great. The master bedroom closet and all had hangers, spacious, and the water filter was great. We highly recommend this and hope to return soon. Can’t say enough about how great our time in Bare Foot Bay was because we didn’t have to worry about a thing in our lodging.

The house is clean and well set up. We had everything we need from cooking, towels, beach supplies, etc. It's conveniently located near activities within Barefoot Bay, and so many others in the surrounding area. The host is helpful and very quick to respond to any questions.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We had coffee in the morning at the side of the house. It was so nice to just sit outside and enjoy. Communication with the owner was great, clean and such a well stocked house with everything you could think of. Amazing place to rent.

The home was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It is on a quiet street with outside sitting areas and lots of opportunity in the development for recreational pursuits. Good parking and lots of room. Probably better suited for a family vs just one couple but the master bedroom was certainly comfortable.
