Very clean and nicely decorated updated condo. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beach access is excellent as are the pool areas.

Nice place, updated. The bed was very comfortable. Close to Fernandina but, far enough away that there isn't traffic or noise.

The terrace was dirty and we contacted vacasa with a request to have it cleaned. No one ever showed up to clean it. There are two suitable hightop chairs on the terrace and two plastic Adirondack style chairs. The Adirondack chairs are useless and just take up space. There are no pictures of the bathroom because it is very unattractive. It’s functional but very worn and cheaply appointed. The water has a lot of sulfur in it and leaves a film on everything. The bed is too large for the bedroom and makes it difficult to get through the room. The dresser and night tables have broken handles and do not open or close properly. The living room and kitchen area is fine. The kitchen is lightly supplied with utensils but it is functional for small meals. There are no gas grills on the property, but there are some charcoal grills near the parking lot. This place gets the bare minimum of maintenance attention and upkeep. It would be a two star if it wasn’t for the location and access to the beach.
