Welcome to The Saguaro Moon, your retreat in the heart of Tucson's Casas Adobes neighborhood! Discover comfort and style at our 2BR/2BA townhouse retreat in the heart of Tucson.
Immerse yourself in a beautifully decorated space where recent updates create an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a bright interior with three skylights illuminating the kitchen and both bathrooms. Take advantage of the abundant outdoor space, featuring a charming courtyard and a fenced yard.
Our property is located in a small townhouse community with only 48 total units. The location is very quiet, with respectful neighbors. Centrally located, so it's easy to get around town. Plenty of nearby grocery stores and other shopping nearby.
Our guests have access to our entire property, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the garage and another in the hallway inside the unit.

Quiet and Serene: As an end unit at the far edge of the complex, enjoy tranquility. The townhouse shares no common walls with neighbors, and the spacious backyard is the largest in the neighborhood.
Recent Update: Our primary hallway bathroom was beautifully remodeled in March 2025. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Garage and Laundry Access: The entire garage, with a full-sized washer and dryer, is at your disposal. The garage can accommodate two smaller vehicles, or one larger (but not oversized) one.
*Please note- Garage height clearance is 7 feet.
Community Amenities: Take advantage of the pool and spa in the complex. The heated pool is available year-round, excluding January through February.
Parking: Overnight driveway parking is not permitted, per HOA. Vehicles must park inside garage. Visitor spots available nearby in the complex, but not guaranteed to be available during your stay.

Convenient Access: Just 15 minutes to downtown, less than 10 minutes to La Encantada shopping mall, and less than 5 miles to Interstate I-10.
University Proximity: For those visiting loved ones, or in town for a game, we're less than 20 minutes away from the University of Arizona campus.
Outdoor Adventures: Explore nearby hikes, golf resorts, and The Loop bike path less than 10 miles away.
Day Trips: Venture 90 minutes to Tombstone or 60 minutes to Sonoita for local wine and beer tasting.

Amber is an excellent host and the townhouse is wonderful. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the room interior and the delightful patio.

The property was fantastic; lots of room, very clean, good location, and the back patio was my favorite. Wonderful setting with trees, cacti, lots of birds, private, and a gas fire pit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Saguaro Moon was a spacious and well furnished place for us in our short stay in the area. The weather kept us from doing much with any outside space, or checking out the community pool/hot tub.It was obvious the owner was actively caring for the property. One bathroom had recently been renovated. There was a good supply of materials needed to run the unit...from cleaning materials, and routine paper products to a surprisingly well stocked pantry of staples. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, and tableware and glasses. We didn't need to buy a lot of stuff we've often needed when staying in other short term rentals.
