Paseo Miraflores 42 welcomes you! This is an elegant, ocean-view vacation rental within the Las Catalinas Development conveniently located very near to the parking lot, which makes it so much easy to reach your car without the worries of extra expense on valet parking.
This tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a couple or a small family to spend time together. The master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity for your convenience, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably in upgraded mattresses, and linens. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.
The house has been nicely decorated and features a fully stocked kitchen, which upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy incredible ocean views from the comfort of your living room and private balcony. This property offers a luxurious and tranquil retreat where you can relax while gazing at the endless blue horizon. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze, breathtaking sunsets, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding. Parking on the main road is prohibited.
Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:
Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.

This was our 4th visit to Las Catalinas but the first time with just our immediate family and not a larger group. We loved this unit! It was perfect for us- the 4 beach chairs were a big plus! The only negative -we tried to get day passes to the beach club gym and pool and were told we were not able to since we were not staying in a Las Catalinas property! Our Blue Zone property manager told us it must’ve been a miscommunication and to try again and ask for a certain person but we didn’t want to fight it. We just used the outdoor gym and went to beach. Other than that, it was the perfect unit and great location :). Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo in Las Catalinas… beautifully furnished, fully equipped including beach chairs and coolers, close to everything. There is construction going on right outside, but the windows and air conditioning really muffled the noise. We had a great time!

Construction on street directly behind unit was at times noisy and dusty. On site staff was very helpful in resolving issues. Other than that, we loved the view from our balcony especially the sunsets!!

Nice two bed, two bath in Las Catalinas with a beautiful view of the water. House was very nice, well equipped with everything you need including beach chairs. It was spotless when we checked in and Kelly met us late to get us checked in as we had a later flight. The unit is right by the restaurant area and is a short walk to the beach. No issues and only good things to say.
