PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Our stay was wonderful. It was a friends getaway. The rooms were very comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was great for cooking in. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was as advertised. Beachfront with great views and easy access to the beach.

The room was okay. The trouble was there are only two elevators in the building, we were on the 11th floor, we were NOT told ahead of time that one elevator was, and had been, broke down for months, we would not have booked this place if we would have known that, d/t physical issues and always the chance of the other elevator breaking down, and of course, the other elevator broke down, for almost two days, leaving us to have to use the stairs to the 11th floor or stay in the room, The lady that sits at the desk in front of the elevator was not nice at all about it. One staff member that was there in the evening was very friendly, said they should have told people before they booked rooms about the first broke down elevator. That was our main issue.
