This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

This condo was very nice and exceptionally clean. The furniture was decent and the bed in the primary king bedroom was comfortable. The bathrooms are small and have limited counter space but there is a sink in the main living area that has nice counter space to utilize. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook with. There is a Keurig coffee pot that takes either pods or makes a pot. 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided in each bathroom but depending on the size of your party you probably want to bring more (or your own brand). You will also need paper towels. Two kitchen trash bags are provided. They provide 2 small silver dollar size hand soaps in each bathroom so you may want to bring your own. One of the other bedrooms also has a king bed and the other is a twin over double bunk - there is no tv in this room. The furniture on the balcony is very nice. The indoor heated pool was nice as was the hot tub. We would definitely rent this condo again.again.

It was a great place for my family to stay, we had half of our family down there first part of the week and the other half down the last part. Had no problems checking in, the place was clean everything was like the advertisement said, loved the view, would definitely rent again
