About this villa rental
The Sun House is located in Monteverde among forest and green pastures. The best thing about the property is the view of the Gulf of Nicoya and other Pacific islands. Our guests enjoy an open area with full kitchen, dining room and outside BBQ. The house has an spacious deck where you can take in the forest view and the ocean view. out the attractions and restaurants in the area.
This house is perfect for a family of 5. We offer two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a comfortable sofa-bed for the 5th person.

This property was the perfect location for all the places we went in monteverde. On the way to El Tigre and 10O percent Adventura. The host had great communication and encouraged early check in. We felt very safe and had the best meal at Choco Cafe. There are 3 properties right next to each other. The house we stayed in didn’t have a king bed and the water was solar powered. It was encouraged not to take long showers at night which wasn’t a problem for 2 people. Other 2 rentals don’t have the solar in case you’re trying to pick between them. We would stay here again if we came back to Monteverde. The El Tigre hike was a highlight of our trip.

A beautiful house not far from Santa Elena, with restaurants and activities such as Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and Selvatura just a short drive away! The patio is so nice to just relax and watch birds.

We had a great stay! The house, location and views were incredible! The house had everything we needed. We choice to eat dinner at the house every night because of the views and the patio!

This house exceeded our expectations. It was not very difficult to find, especially when you follow Evelyn's map and video. It's just right up the road from downtown, a great location. It was in pristine condition - spotless. The views from the back patio are incredible. Beds were very comfy. We will definitely come back!
