If the hot tub appears to need cleaning at the beginning of your stay, please let us know immediatly. If the hottub requires additionl draining and cleaning due to soilage,spills,or any urine/feces, an additional cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged.

Tt was clean, adorable and RIGHT on the beach! lots of parking! hot tub was big and clean, very relaxing. Water pressure was great for showers! We saw the gray whales coming through while we were there!! It was magical! The view is spectacular as you look across towards Marysville with lots of beautiful mountain peaks. Only 2 things to note, of you like Livingroom ambiance bring a lamp as the lighting is efficient but a bit harsh for nighting and if your looking for a stargazing hot tub experience at night your out of luck as the only streetlight on the road is inconveniently placed above the hot tub. Having said that, we were in it every night The hosts were attentive and the community there is so nice, everyone waves and says hello, very friendly and great for kids!Would definitely book again!

This hidden gem was a delightful getaway! Communication was great. The location was quiet and peaceful. We loved walking the beaches and rock hounding during our days. The house was stocked with key spices and the things you need for cooking and or grilling. We made a nice dinner and relaxed later in the hottub. It was a bonus to hear the lapping waves while soaking in the tub. Thanks again!

Initially when we got to the island we could not get a hold of the property manager and she didn't get back to us until an hour and a half after we were supposed to check in. The house was decorated very nicely and we enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the owners. Unfortunately, the water smelled so strongly of sulfur, rotten egg odor that we tried to use it as little as possible which did put a damper on our weekend. By the second night it was a little better but still not great. I did feel like the pictures did not portray the surroundings accurately, it looks like you're right on the water, but you're really not, there is a road in front of the house with houses right next to you and you have to walk down stairs to get to the beach. It wasn't an issue for us but it just looked different in the pictures. Overall the house was very cute with a lot of details to make you feel comfortable but the water issue and not being able to get a hold of the property manager did put a damper on our weekend.
