HOT TUB! Enjoy the serene views from every room in the house with large windows that flood the home with natural light. Enjoy the view of the water while relaxing in the hot tub! This home is right on some of the best fishing in all of Smith Mountain Lake! The two tier dock offers an abundance of lounge space above and below, as well as a floating dock. The water is deep by dock, which is great for jumping in or docking the boat. Amenities abound both in the home and short drives to groceries, restaurants and activities! The general store is 7 minutes away with food, wine and other amenities. Food Lion is 15 minutes away. Bridgewater Marina is 17 minutes by car or 5 minutes by boat with putt putt, rock wall, arcade, live music and 3 restaurants.

Nice home great view.property management poor on cleaning and replacing lighting. 40 % of light switches did not work.almost all battery operated remotes and door lockbatteries were dead. Other than that we had a great stay.

The location and views of the lake were great. However, the house is in serious need of some TLC. I've actually never stayed somewhere with so many broken items (downstairs bathroom faucet shot water at me when turned on, sliding glass door off the porch had no lock and did not close properly, porch glider broken, porch swing broken, hot tub cover broken in half, piece of wood on floating dock broken off & ladder barley hanging on). The home was also not adequately cleaned – it was full of cobwebs/spiders, dust, and dog hair. I understand this is a pet friendly Vrbo, but that doesn’t mean I should have dog hair all over my pants after sitting on the couch.
