About this house rental
This home is a gorgeous and incredibly welcoming 1900 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rambler with complete backyard privacy on a quiet street. As soon as you walk in you will notice that it was fully furnished with upscale furnishings and has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a Keurig for your early morning coffee or late night beverages. Plenty of pool towels are provided, along with bath towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom. The master bedroom boasts an extra comfortable king bed. The other 3 bedrooms include 2 queen beds and a single over double bunk for the kids. There is more than enough room to comfortably spread out
Outdoors, enjoy the Arizona heat as you float in the large HEATED backyard private pool or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The backyard is complete with a propane grill, patio seating, and comfy lounge chairs by the pool.
Located minutes from State Farm Stadium, Hila River Arena and Westgate. Perfect for a family gathering or sports enthusiasts!
Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.
This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.
Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.
We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay.
Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!
✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Visited Phoenix to catch a couple of baseball games and soak up the sun by the pool. This was a great spot for our two families to hang out for the week. Kids loved the heated pool and it was nice to have some separate areas for kids to watch a movie while adults BBQ’d or talked on the patio. It’s a slightly older home so some features were more lived in, but we thought the beds were great and the amenities were great. We did a grocery pick up at the nearby Fry’s and all the adults in our group did various lengths of outdoor runs throughout the week. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and had easy access to everything. Lori was super responsive and easy to get a hold of if we had a question. The pool and backyard area were definitely a hit with our group.

The interior of the property is very well-maintained. All the rooms are clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the house as ideal.
We had a handful of small challenges that were not significant enough to address with the management company.
However, it is clear that the pool has not been working for quite some time.
This is the only thing we brought to the attention of the management company, and it was not fixed while we were there.
Little things like a dirty oven that caused smoking when turned on, the broiler not working, the washing machine being unbalanced, the TV in the den not working … are all things that can easily be fixed with a little TLC.
The management team when contacted was extremely responsive.
