Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! This recently remodeled home is designed for comfort, convenience, and fun. Located just minutes from State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, Spring Training fields and games, and several entertainment districts with great shopping and dining, it’s the perfect spot for your getaway.

Absolutely beautiful property! The hot tub is wonderful paired with a large pool, which I spent nearly all of my time in. About 30 minutes from the airport, the location is perfect! The neighborhood is well kept, the home itself was spotless, and there was so much space! I’ve definitely found my go-to property in Glendale.

We, son,dil, wife, 3 grandkids (8, 11, 13 and I had a great stay. The 7 of were very comfortable. This is not a plush house but it is meticulously clean. The appliances are basically new. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The pool is automatically cleaned every day. There were a lot of pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked. The pans are of higher quality than most. Great communication and support. The food disposal clogged while we were there. A plumber had it fixed in less than 3 hours. Amazing response by the owner. Nice TV’s. Great internet. This is definitely a -5- VTBO home!

The whole hose was amazing and as advertised. We booked on extremely short notice all of our questions were answered very quickly. Highly recommend to stay when in Phoenix.
