About this house rental

This spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath sits in a quiet cove on the main lake. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs (including Kurig stocked with pods) or throw dinner on the outdoor grill. Enjoy the breathtaking lake views from the large deck or the sectional in the family room. Equipped with a smart TV in the family room as well as the primary bedroom. WI-FI provided with the rental.

Pack and play available in the closet of the Queen bedroom.

House is located steps from recently renovated Brooks Park with new playground equipment and walking path.

Starter paper products are provided with the house (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap). On site laundry is available.

BOAT DOES NOT COME WITH THE RENTAL. Dock space is available for use with the rental.

Plenty of on site parking for up to 4 vehicles.

**Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO MORE than 10 guests on the property (inside or out) without prior approval from ownership. No smoking & no pets. There will be a $500 charge for violation of any house rules.

Best sunset views! We had a fabulous time making memories here. The location is perfect… there are a few docks and a ramp for easy access to the lake. We brought inflatable paddleboards and a kayak that we were able to use every day. There is a cute playground for younger kids steps away with a nice walking trail. Quite a few great restaurants just a short drive away. Brett is very responsive. We will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful home with a great location. Inches from the lake and a beautiful view! The house is laid out well to enjoy family time. The entire back of the house is windows so you can enjoy the views. I highly recommend. We will defiantly be back!

Great property, Brett very responsive. The house has all you need to enjoy time on the lake. Close to the Shoe as well, we make a quick run to a concert at Ohio State, 35 minute drive. Multiple restaurants on the water, had fun boating to listen to live music and slow drives back watching the sunset.

Seven of us 60 something ladies gathered at this beautiful home to just sit , snack and catch up on our lives and laugh. What a perfect place for this! The pictures do not do it justice. The weather was not the best and a bit rainy, and we still enjoyed the view of the lake. There was ample seating and plenty of room for all of us. Brett replied immediately to a minor question. Highly recommend especially for a large group looking for a peaceful getaway. The bunk beds were way more comfortable than was expected.

This property is fantastic for a relaxing weekend stay. It's located in a peaceful area with access to the lake. The host is very nice and flexible and responsive. The house is great with all necessary equipments. Definitely recommend having a stay here!

The place had a beautiful view of the lake. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. The windows really need cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed sitting around the fire on the patio enjoying the view of the lake. It was a nice location.

What a perfect property with the sunsets being the highlight. There was something for everyone. My Dad loved the firepit (and Buckeye Lake Brewery). My mom enjoyed the deck and lake view. My sister was able to connect with work using the reliable wifi. My brother in law found his "spot" in the living room and enjoyed relaxing with movies on the big TV each evening. My husband loved the Archery Range that was close by at the Fish Hatchery. My teens walked the path at Brooks Park (just steps away!) numerous times. My adult daughter and I adored the jetted tub. And we all loved the large kitchen with lots of counter space. The owner responded immediately to questions sent before booking and about a week before arriving and to a concern the first evening. I will be suggesting to my family that we book this property again!

Everything was great for a two-family getaway at Buckeye Lake. The house was perfect for us. Two bedrooms for the adults and all the kids stayed in the bunk house. Most of our time was spent outside on a large deck with furniture and a large table. The boat slip 20 feet from the house gave us quick in/out access to the Lake. The owner was terrific about checking in with us and answered all our questions in just a few minutes. The neighbors were super friendly to both our families. The house was very clean. If you love lake living, you have found the perfect place to stay.

The roomy layout of the house and just steps from the water made it a perfect stay. The kitchen and sleeping arrangements couldn’t have been better.

We went for a family girls weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better location; so beautiful! Nice size house that had plenty of space for us to eat, sleep, and play games. The only downsides I would have to say is that there were quite a few spiderwebs (I know lake homes are more prone to this), the fridge and oven were a bit dirty, and the listing made it seem like there would be more pantry items. The last place we stayed at had staples like ketchup, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, etc. Also, there was very little dish soap. The shower areas were a bit moldy/mildewy, but replacing the caulk/silicone is an easy fix. All in all though it was a great stay! Oh and one more thing, the master bathroom needs a light above the mirror; it’s very hard for us ladies to do our makeup with the current set up! :)

We loved our stay! Beautiful lake views. The house had plenty of space for the six of us, yet felt cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the back deck and used the fire pit. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend this property.

This is a large house where everyone has their space ~ and gathering rooms are very accommodating. Nice outdoor spaces with fire pit, plenty of feathered wildlife to watch and great views of the lake and sunset. It is close to Brooks Park, and a few minutes drive to the 4.1 walking/bike path. Would definitely recommend!

Apparently, Brett recently acquired this older property and is working gradually to modernize and renovate. And he’s doing a beautiful job! I’m sure any suggestions I could make are already on his to-do list. We especially appreciated the accessibility features…a ramp at the entry and double-sided handrails on the stairs, grab bars in the bathroom and shower. Sitting on the deck with the perfect breeze off the lake was heavenly! Thanks for a wonderful few days on the lake!

Only down side was having to back our 21 foot boat down the narrow road to park in front of house. That being said we would stay there again. Docks were very nice and in good condition. Grandkids had a great time fishing, swimming, feeding ducks and playing at play ground that is just a short walk away.

This house is amazing. The sunsets were incredible. The house is very accommodating and has everything you need. Sleeps 12 or more. The deck was where we spent most of our time. You have to see the lake from a boat/jet ski to see how beautiful the lake is. Will definitely be back. Owner was great as well.

Host was easy to get in contact with and communication was at the top. House was nice a couple of things could have been nicer but overall great experience. Backyard area was awesome and we spent most of our time outside.

Everything was great about our stay - especially having a dock for our boat right in our back yard. I only have a couple suggestions the road to the house is one lane that stops at dead end so if your bringing your boat it’s easiest to back down the road to the property it took us almost an hour to nickel and dime our 24ft boat to turn it around we had to get help from the neighbors. Other than that the kiddie locks were kinda off irritating but we understand why overall we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
