Just an absolutely amazing stay. Great home, great location. Great swing set for the kiddo. Nice and spacious. We're ready to book again for next year as we visit the area annually. Communicative host was another plus. Lots of great little touches throughout the home. We'd love to be able to use the garage when it gets stormy, but understand it's probably a storage space the owner needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We always feel like we're temporary caretakers whenever we rent a home and hope we did well and left some things a bit better -- because we ARE coming back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Ted’s property for three months. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. One of the highlights for us was the backyard—it was perfect for our dogs and felt very safe and secure, which gave us real peace of mind.Ted was an excellent host. He was responsive, followed up when questions came up, and was always accommodating and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.
