We rented this place for some friends that were visiting from out of town. The location is convenient to MTSU and the Square but not as close to the interstate, if you're planning to travel back and forth to Nashville during your stay. The place was very clean and comfortable for a family of five with 3 young boys.

Very quiet neighborhood, cozy comfortable home. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Plenty of towels, throws and blankets.

It was a nice cozy place but you can tell it wasnt properly clean before we arrived. There was item left in refrigerator and trash left in dust pan. We wanted to pull out the couch but it was filthy as if it hadnt been cleaned in forever. Other than that, it was a nice area and nice place.
