Communication with host was amazing. We had issues with 1 of the tvs and they were very helpful. Check in went smoothly. The home has some tight spaces. Can be a little difficult if you are a larger person. There were also no utensils to prepare food on the grill that was provided. There are little plaques with rule reminders all iver the home alongnwith a book of information and the rules and reminders you get upon check in. It was a little overwhelming and did make it difficult to settle in.
