We paid for the listing above. A week before arrival Leslie wrote and said the person staying in the house wanted to stay longer and she offered us another house close by that was larger for the same money. We accepted the offer and we were very pleased with the house. Leslie was very responsive to any questions or concerns we expressed in short order. We would be very happy to rent with Leslie again and would enjoy this house again.

The property has easy checking. Fenced backyard if you have children. Comfortable and homey feeling. A couple of small items needed attention and it was taken care of by a very nice maintenance guy within a half hour. He needed something for repair and was back very quick. I would stay at this property again. The host responded very quick when contacted.

Property was as listed. Host had everything in the house we needed. Location was near to everything in Biloxi/gulfport. Neighborhood was safe/quiet and peaceful.
