Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

• Max occupancy of 6 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

• Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

• Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

Note for Vrbo & Expedia bookings: You may initially see two separate charges—one service fee paid to Vrbo/Expedia and one for your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the reservation payment is successfully processed. Please watch for an email from us after booking.

I just wanted to give my review on Sienna Towers in Gulfport Miss. The 3-bedroom condo was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, paper products and hand soap in all the bathrooms. This unit was very roomy, and plenty of kitchen space for large families. Check-in took less than 5 minutes, there was round the clock security, and get this….free parking in the back.You wake up to the Gulf morning sun, which became our alarm clock. The beds were comfortable; I love the leather furniture in the living room also. Living room furniture was very comfortable. The balcony furniture was dated and not what I had expected. The host Hope was easy to communicate with, and she was quick to respond. This condo is right across the street from the ocean, and close to the Casinos, and great restaurants. Cannot wait to return and stay longer. Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were closed for repairs, but all other amenities were working great. Looking forward to return.
