This spacious 1st floor, 2BR +den/2BA condo, with exceptional lake views, is located on a quiet street in the Pinnacle Community within the favored Strand Resort in North Naples – close to fabulous shops and restaurants at the Mercato and Waterside centers. 10% March discount.
The recently renovated home features 2 bedrooms and a den, and has an open living space - a full breakfast/dining room, living room with flat screen TV, and a separate office/den area with a large desk and a pull out futon sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and the sunny breakfast room overlooks the lake. The master bedroom is richly furnished with neutral carpeting, a king bed and flat screen TV. The master en suite bathroom features a spacious shower and dual vanities. Twin beds are installed in the guest bedroom which has it’s own full bathroom with combination shower/tub. The screened lanai has an expansive, south - facing water and golf course view, is furnished for relaxation, and has a built in gas grill. Ceiling fans in every room and everything in great condition in this quiet, airy, light filled home. Hi speed internet provided and there is a spacious 2 car garage.
Social Club Membership is available for this condo at a modest one time fee of $350. Under this membership guests can enjoy a beautiful 55,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, Jr. Olympic size pool, 2 restaurants, tiki bar, spa, gym, 8 tennis courts,3 pickle ball courts and much more. Golf not available – reserved for private members only. But there are many public “pay as you play” courses in Naples. The Strand is located 10 -15 minutes from Naples’ famous beaches, 20 minutes from downtown and only minutes from I-75 with easy access to SW Florida International airport. The Pinnacle neighborhood offers a convenient location within The Strand, and is convenient for the private, resident's- only gate with direct access to Veteran's Memorial Blvd.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was located in a great neighborhood with a great view. It was at the end of the street so we did hear traffic on I-75. At times, louder than others.
The condo needed a few minor repairs but overall was nicely equipped. The humidity in condo needs to be addressed- way too high. Spoke to host about this.
Overall, we wanted to be in the North Naples area, particularly the Strand, and we were happy with our choice.
Our host was excellent. Responded quickly to all our needs and was very helpful.
