About this apartment rental
Beautiful and newly renovated luxury coach home condo overlooking the 1st fairway. This is the closest condo to the clubhouse so you will not have to drive to it. It is 50 yards to the clubhouse, hot tub, pool, exercise room and pickleball courts. And because it is a coach home, it is very quiet, not in a big condo complex but rather a small stretch of coach homes which we are the end unit. It is a first floor unit with an attached 2 car garage.
The condo has three bedrooms (all with TV's)with the master and 2nd bedroom having queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a sofa w/pull out queen bed. There are also two air mattresses to use if needed. The screened-in lanai has wicker furniture overlooking a small pond and the 1st fairway. The view of the lanai also faces west for stunning sunsets.
Our place has Free Wi Fi throughout the condo, so you can surf the web while relaxing in the screened-in lanai. All three bedrooms have flat screen LCD TV's. Watch movies from our dvd library- which have movies for all ages. Golf transfer fees are optional($275). This condo is over 1700 sq. ft. with a two car attached garage. Visit the Cypress Woods website and tour the facility. They have gone through a multi-million dollar renovation at the Clubhouse and every single golf hole has been redesigned. It is a gated community with a great location. It is central to everything. Close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping and the great downtown Naples. Contact us for for more info. My 7th year renting a condo to Cypress Woods Golf &CC in Naples FL. This condo is by far the best unit yet. It offers all the conveniences we were looking for including, easy access to downtown Naples, 10 minute ride to State Beach and a challenging but fair 18 hole golf course. As far other activities on the property you couldn't ask for a better location. This condo was dream, we could walk to the pool, walking trail and fitness center, club house for lunch and dinner and pro shop. It is virtually located at first tee and the practice putting green. In spite of all these activities it still was very private with the lanai overlooking a small pond and the first hole without the worry of being hit by a stray golf shot. The interior of the unit was large and well appointed throughout. The kitchen provided all the amenities needed.
Best comment we can make "Highly recommended rental - this would definitely be our first rental choice if we come back"

I have nothing but good things to say about the Condo in which we rented during the Christmas vacation. My daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren (ages 1 & 3) totally enjoyed the location and the convenience of the Condo. It is very "kid" friendly. We enjoyed the tranquality of the location but we were also very close to the main pool. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how well kept and clean the Condo was. It was very well suited for us as the main bedroom had an ensuite and the 2nd bedroom had a hallway where a bathroom and the bedroom were located along with a 2nd door for privacy. We enjoyed brunch at the Club House on Sunday morning, shopping and dining out locally and of course a visit to beautiful downtown Naples which is about a 20 minute drive. The kids also enjoyed a trip to the Naples zoo. Highly recommend this Condo if you are looking for a nice, clean, location. Although we are not golfers, it is located on a Golf Course that can also be utilized.
