About this apartment rental

Snowbird 102 is a modern 3-bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo in Upper Village, only a few minute walk to the slopes! Suitable for up to 6 adults and 2 children, this condo features heated floors, high end finishings, and Japanese bidets. This property offers gated parking for 2 vehicles, a communal hot tub, and a free shuttle to the village, making it an ideal choice for families or friends looking to enjoy Whistler's beauty and all it has to offer. Don't miss out on this perfect Whistler retreat!

On the main floor, the master bedroom is tucked away on the front side of the unit. Enjoy a deep sleep with a king bed and electric blinds. The upstairs bathroom is fully equipped with a standalone shower, a Japanese bidet toilet, and a heated towel rack.

Amongst the living area, there’s a workstation, brand-new sectional sofa, Smart/Art TV, and a peekaboo fireplace shared with the dining area. In the kitchen, you’ll find top-tier kitchen appliances, including a Samsung Smart Fridge. The patio has seating for four, and a stainless steel propane gas BBQ.

Downstairs are the kids room and second master bedrooms. The kids room has a twin over queen bunk bed complete with a twin trundle for additional bedding, desk and television.

In the large second master bedroom with garden patio access and television, choose your configuration with either a king bed or two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom is shared between the two lower bedrooms, and features a shower bath combo, Japanese bidet toilet and heated floors.

Snowbird has gated underground parking for two vehicles with direct access to the unit. There is a common-area hot tub to be used during daytime hours. Large washer and dryer are available for guest use in the home.

Guests enjoy this coveted and convenient after Blackcomb Benchlands location in both summer and winter seasons. Ski-in to Horstman Drive and walk a few minutes downhill to your door, and walk down to the Aspens to Ski-out. The Fairmont Golf Course is just around the corner, and the Whistler golf course is just a quick 5 min drive. The free Horstman shuttle will pick you up right outside your unit to deliver you to the village in a matter of minutes​​

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Sleeps 6 adults + 2 Children

Upstairs master: king bed, separate bathroom

Bedroom 2: king/twin split bedroom with a shared shower/bath combo.
Kids' room: Queen/Twin bunk and a trundle bed below with a shared shower/bath combo. Both the top bunk and trundle are for CHILDREN ONLY.

Both bathrooms come equipped with a towel warmer, smart bidet toilets, including heat and pressure settings and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion and hair dryers.

All guests must be over the age of 28, or consist of a family group.

Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIODS, we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Years Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 27/28/29/30th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.

The condo is exquisite, cozy and has everything you need. Clean, organized, well stocked with all amenities. Attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Management company taking care of the property was very helpful prior to arriving as well as during our stay. Met us at the condo on the day of our arrival to show us around. Was a text away for any questions we had. Ski-in/Ski-out pretty good, but only if there is enough snow. We managed despite little snow on the ground. Required some walking. Blackcomb and Whistler Villages only a 15 minute walk from the condo via The Valley Trail. The trail is unkept, so can be icy when there isn't alot of snow, but still very walkable, albeit carefully! All in all, I would rent the condo again in a heartbeat!! Nicest of all the places we have rented on VRBO so far.
