- Upper Level: Loft with pull out couch (Queen), TV & kids games, bedroom 3 (King), full bathroom
- Total: 6 beds + a sleeper sofa (maximum of 11 guests)
- Front porch with rocking chairs
- Back deck with hot tub, gas fire pit, picnic table and plenty of seating
- Downstairs game room featuring air hockey, ping pong, basketball and a washer/dryer
- Walk to Birdie's Coffee and Blue Deer Ice Cream from the cabin (Less than one mile walk via trail head at the bottom of Middle Fork Rd.)
- Beautiful creek + tree swing located within walking distance of the home, perfect for playing in!

- Our area averages 34" of snow per year, and we are minutes to the slopes, making it the perfect place for a ski weekend!
- We are located 0.1 miles from Highway 321, a well-plowed road in winter weather. During winter, 4WD is recommended and parking at the bottom of the driveway is encouraged. It is a very short walk up the driveway to the home. A snow shovel and salt are provided for renter use.

GUEST ACCESS: You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself. 4 vehicles max. There is parking for two vehicles at the top of the driveway and two vehicles at the bottom of the driveway. We are located 0.1 miles from Highway 321, a well-plowed road in winter weather. During winter, 4WD is recommended and parking at the bottom of the driveway is encouraged. It is a very short walk up the driveway to the home. A snow shovel and salt are provided for renter use.
HOUSE RULES: We love making memories here and hope you do too! Help us care for the home by following a few easy house rules:
* No pets (this includes emotional support animals)
* All renters and guests of renters must be ages 25+, with the exception of minor children visiting with family.
* Checkout is at 10:00am, unless a written exception is made with the homeowner prior to arrival. A late checkout fee of $100 per hour will be charged.
*A large exterior trash can is provided for renter use. Trash pickup services are provided once a week on Tuesdays. Trash can lid must be on and fully closed at all times. Please take any additional trash to the Aho Convenience Center located at 5645 US-321., Blowing Rock. A $50 fee may be deducted from your security deposit for any trash left outside the can OR trash that is placed in the can unbagged. All trash placed in the outdoor trash can must be bagged.
* No smoking anywhere on property (this includes electronic cigarettes)
* No parties
* Maximum number of guests is 11 (this includes adults and children)
* Firearms are not permitted
* Do not lean or hang on railings
* The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1
* Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub; please do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk.
* No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Two parking areas are available at the bottom of the driveway. A snow shovel and salt are available for renter use.
* There is one exterior camera facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras on the property.
**Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented at this property.
