If you are looking for a condo without a parking garage, fairly easy to access the beach, AND see some gators, this is the place for you. First floor walk out with the pool across from it,short walk to the beach, and easy to enter from front of condo. Would we stay in this condo again? Probably not. Needs some updating, a good cleaning, and the master toilet fixed. But for the price we paid, I can’t complain too much.
