This charming historical apartment building with 7 individual suites has been completely renovated and turned into modern style suites minutes from The Ark Encounter. You will love this cozy 1 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 2, this unit is located on the 1st floor. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

We had a great stay! Clean cozy 1 bedroom apt. Lots of room. Appears newly renovated. No problems with finding it and getting in. Easy parking and convenient location to the Ark, and between Cincinnati and Lexington. Close to Bone Lick State Park which was a fun addition to the trip.

This apartment was the perfect size for a couple. All of the necessities are provided and the full kitchen saves money should one decide to prepare meals. SO MUCH NICER than any hotel room, one did not feel claustrophobic. Lack of lighting options was the most notable issue. Almost every room had overhead lights only. An extra chair in the living room would have been helpful, as well. Very enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. We arrived earlier than anticipated and really needed a place to crash after a long week and we were able to check in a little early. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the little one bedroom apt. It was SO clean and neat, simple decor! I think the only complaint would be the bed was hard, but we like a soft mattress so most places have beds that don’t agree with us. Price of leaving home! But we still loved it!

This location is literally a 5 minute drive to the Ark Encounter and 50 minutes away from the Creation Museum. It’s the perfect location for these attractions. The place is neat, clean , and comfortable .

This place was just the right spot for a short getaway. Quiet & peaceful. Easy access to Ark Encounter and trips to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati zoo. Nice to have a ‘home’ to come back to at the end of the day.

As our first VRBO experience. We enjoyed it very much. I loved the easy too of communicating with property manager. Property was clean. Bed was more comfy than first appeared. The guest book was fun to flip thru too. Located Just few minutes from the Ark Encounter and Beans. Not many restaurants to choose from but was ok. We drove to Florence for restaurant on our way to creation museum. Would stay again.

Gina is the best! I told her it was a surprise destination for my husband’s birthday & she & her staff accommodated my needs.I only wish I had booked to stay longer. So many things we would have enjoyed doing but time was limited.
