Area was nice, apartment is cozy. It was about 12 minutes to the ark. The downtown area has a few cute restaurants and boutiques.
Didn’t realize that #1 was on the lower level. It had a ramp sidewalk to it which was fine but was more difficult for my elderly mother. The apartment was cozy but the living room furniture was not that comfortable. The apartment smelled like in scents maybe covering up someone having smoked in there. It was a very strong odor giving us a head ache.
