Extremely cozy and safe you will never want to leave .

Jacob (host) was phenomenal. Very responsive on whatsapp to all our questions before and during our stay. He gave us excellent recommendations for beaches (highly recommend Puerto Viejo/Playa Conchal, Playa Real, and Playa Flamingo) in addition to Playa Grande which is a 10 minute walk away. The house is basic, but excellent for sleeping and minimal cooking.As others have said, the road to the house is bumpy and steep, but it's totally fine to drive it with a regular sedan, just go slowly. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean, well kept, and fun. However, it is not beachside as indicated and water availability was sporadic. Other than that, everything was great. Jacob is a nice guy and very helpful also.

This is not a 5-star hotel and does not profess to be. We were comfortable. A couple items were well-used or not in prime condition, but still functioned. The property manager is very friendly and generous.
The hill to go down to the property is quite steep at the top and there was frequently a vehicle parked there for the store, fyi.
