This apartment is located on the first floor and doesn't requires stairs to access.
-The street where our apartments are located is closed by an electric gate with code.
-The apartment has:
- WiFi
*Room 1: queen bed, closet, A/C and access to a private terrace shared with room 2
*Room 2: trundle/bunk bed (downstairs is double and single upstairs), closet, A/C and access to a terrace that it shares with room 1
*Living room: sofa bed for 2 people (trundle bed) and 43"TV with internet access and apps like Netflix
*Beautiful garden with a jacuzzi.
*Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with hairdryer
*Bathroom 2: Half bathroom with washer and dryer available for guest use
*Kitchen: full equipped with breakfast room (fridge, template, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishes, etc.)
* Desk: Features a single desk for you to work
*Parking: we have a large parking lot where up to 4 cars per apartment fit (it is a property of 4 apartments) you can use the land next door to park.
*Terrace: on the third floor we have a terrace for free and shared use
-We include linens, towels, and essentials, and you'll find extra blankets in the closets.
