Had a nice 2 night stay - check in was easy and the apartment was clean and as described. 5min walk to the gondola was nice

Amazing location, a five minute walk to the base village and gondola. The free Vacasa shuttle in to town was also highly reliable. The unit is updated with modern amenities including an absolutely fantastic kitchen with everything you could ever need, and a beautifully appointed and super cozy living room. Kutuk is a great property, it feels more new and modern than other lodges in the area, and this unit was superb. Everything that a previous reviewer listed has been completely addressed. The master bathroom is the only non-renovated/updated part of the unit, but was still fine. We'd happily stay here again.

We had 2 adults and 2 children stay here in Unit 101. The unit was clean and tidy but when we entered it had a very strong odor of cooked food (possibly curry?). It felt like maybe it had not been rented very much, because there were basic things missing that normally we encounter in rental vacation homes, I'm going to give a list, but just so it's helpful to the owner for future renters. Our stay was very nice and we had a wonderful time.
-salt, pepper, and coffee filters were not in the unit
-the staff provided extra towels when we asked, but it would have been nice to have more than 4 to start with.
-it would have been helpful to have a little map of how to get from the unit to the slopes the easiest way possible
-typically vacation rentals have a little folder with restaurant take-out menus, recommendations, how to work the TV, how the thermostat works, etc. (that would have been helpful)
-the TVs / DISH network were not the best to operate
-a humidifier in the unit would have been a great asset
-a boot/glove warmer would have been nice - since there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, I had to dry the kids' gloves with the hair dryer
-which leads me to, the primary bathroom hair dryer is very old/dated and needs to be replaced. It barely runs.
*the Vacasa staff were AMAZING, helpful, nice, and accommodating- they helped in every way possible and were so friendly!!
