The kitchen features sleek black appliances, beautiful dark cabinetry accented with black iron hardware, with granite tile countertops. The dining table can seat up to four guests, with extra four stools at the breakfast bar. The focal point of the living area is a beautiful moss rock surrounded gas fireplace with a wooden mantle. A large flat screen television is mounted above the fireplace and is connected to a DVD player for your entertainment. The comfortable faux leather lounge set is the ultimate for you to relax in front of the fireplace or take in the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The patio can be accessed via sliding glass doors from the living room or the larger bedroom.

Unit was nicely furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet which is unusual in a ski condo. No boot stomping or hall noise. Black out blinds in the master was nice. No W/D in the unit but the free machines were easy to access. It is a short walk and down some stairs to slope but was not bad. Still pretty easy to come back to unit for a break if you want. The ski lockers were very convenient. Hot tub nice. Would stay again.

Unit was pretty much as advertised. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. Great free shuttle service to take us anywhere we wanted to go. Only issues we had were a few burned out light bulbs (that were quickly replaced) and the gas fire place did not work our entire stay. Maintenance tried everyday but to no avail. Unit is within walking distance to the base area. Is listed as a ski-in unit but that was sort of a stretch.

We came to Steamboat to ski and spend time together as a family. Loved being so close to the slopes. The condo was a little old but otherwise well stocked. Enjoyed our stay

105 was wonderful. Great décor, kitchen great, bathrooms great & beds super comfortable. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and the furnishings were perfect. Loved the washer & dryer. We look forward to staying here again.
