This oceanfront property is a first floor unit where you can clearly hear the sounds of the waves as they crash onto the beach, watch the dolphin pods as they swim by breaking the surface.

There is a huge open style floor plan with living area, dining area, and kitchen that has all the basic necessities to make your stay perfect. In the living area there is enough seating for the whole family, a full-size dining room table, bar seating for a breakfast bar and entertainment pieces for everyone to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and basic cookware and meal ware for even the most demanding chef. All of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable plush bedding and furniture for the whole family to have a restful night of sleep. The master has huge walk-in closet and private ensuite. Overall the property was absolutely beautiful! But, when we arrived the place was filthy! There was sand everywhere, handprints, the windows were so dirty that you couldn't even look out of them. I spent the entire first day cleaning. All of the grills in the common area did not work. The swim up bar was not even open. The dryer took forever to dry our clothes as it needed to be thoroughly cleaned out there was a lot of lint in the bottom. The balcony was our favorite! The views were amazing! Being right on the beach was the best part. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful area and condo. Perfect location within the condo building to get to 2 different pools the grills, and of course the beach! Good restaurants nearby, bait shop and small grocery store …. Did I mention the beach? Eric was great to deal with, the condo is spotless the view is priceless!
