About this house rental
Northwest Arkansas is quickly becoming the most sought after mountain biking area in the country. Coupled with the area's reputation for numerous lakes, this house lets you take advantage of both. The home is situated right between the Lake Ann Back 40 Trailhead and boat launch. You'll enjoy a nice blend of privacy at the home, with a bustling kayak/SUP/biking community steps from the door. You're a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Bentonville and its world-class museums, dining and always-changing community events.
This home is cleverly designed with an open floorplan and plenty of natural light. Two private bedrooms, two full baths with additional sleeping available in the sitting room nook sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 1: King bed with down-alternative bed topper, 65" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), walk in closet, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with down-alternative bed topper, 46" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), ceiling fan.
Laundry/Office: Washer & Dryer, Built-in ironing board with iron, built-in desk with stacks of local magazines & brochures to familiarize you to the area & help you plan your routes on area trails.
Dining Room: Seating for 6
Living Room: Large sofa, movable accent tables, 65" Smart Tv (Netflix, Hulu, etc).
Deck: Covered dining with ceiling fan, 2 sun loungers, Masterbuilt charcoal grill (with accessories).

We really enjoy this peaceful property close to bike trails and convenient to Bentonville! It's a great size for a family of four and well taken care of. We stayed here last year as well!
