Property is everything described and more! GREAT location - very private and very close to everything you want to do in NWA! Owners were wonderful to work with - made check in and out easy and provided tips about the home and about things to do. Attention was paid to every detail - the design of the home and the small items you might forget that they have ready for you! Just book it, show up and enjoy! We will be back - and not just once! I can't say enough about Terry's place. It's beautiful, comfortable, tranquil, has a wonderful backyard, and is well-located. But, what really makes Terry's place standout is how much thought he's put into giving his guests an awesome experience. Most people with a vacation rental are cheap. So, they give renters the bare minimum, either because they don't want their amenities to get stolen, or they don't want to spend the money. But, Terry is at the opposite end of that spectrum. There are bottles of water in the fridge, soap & shampoo, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels. The garage has a great screwdriver set, in case they're needed. There's deer food to feed the deer...nearly a dozen inner tubes for floating the creek or going to the pool, water shoes to wear in the river, et al. And to top it all, Terry is a gem of a human being. He truly cares about the people that vacation at his home. I've stayed at more expensive & luxurious rentals, but I've never seen anyone go above & beyond like him.

We LOVED this house! Great location; not far from Bentonville and Roger’s and very close to hiking trails, streams, waterfalls, etc. Also close enough to do day trips to other Arkansas sites (this year we went as far as Murfreesboro). Hosts had everything ready for us including a snack basket! Our kids loved the ability to set out food for deer and even watch the deer come up to the property. Great amenities and made it feel like home for us and our three kiddos!

Newly renovated. Modern, VERY nice, and VERY clean. Well equipped kitchen, EXTRA amenities you don't expect. only mins from Walmart and bike trails. Great view out back. we enjoyed the firepit. We saw deer out back several times during our stay. the owners are THE BEST! very responsive - He replies within minutes. We love your home- thank you for letting us enjoy our Mother's day weekend in your beautiful home!

My friends and I have stayed at numerous places and this was one of the best. The location was central to all of the outings that we had planned, and was a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything we needed was available to us and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful place for a girls weekend or a family vacation.
