A covered tiki hut for relaxing in the shade
A large BBQ grilling station
A private dock that accommodates boats up to 25–30 feet
A fish cleaning table with water and lighting
An outdoor bait freezer for the avid fisherman
An outdoor hot-water shower to rinse off after a day on the water or at the beach
Corn hole boards for family fun and friendly competition
Inside the Home
This comfortable home sleeps up to 6 guests with:
Two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom
A sofa bed for additional sleeping space
An indoor laundry room for your convenience
For added comfort, all mattresses were replaced in April 2026.
Cabana Club Access Included - right across the street - walking distance.
Your stay includes access to the Cabana Club, where you can enjoy the pool, beach, and other amenities. Your passes will be waiting for you at the club prior to your arrival.
Check-In Information
Your property manager will email your arrival instructions and door access code approximately three days before your arrival, along with a cell phone number should you need assistance during your stay.
Important Occupancy Notice
The City of Key Colony Beach strictly enforces occupancy limits. The maximum number of guests allowed is the number listed in your reservation. Exceeding this limit may result in guests being required to leave the property without a refund.

We have stayed at this lovely house before! Thoughtfully decorated, clean, updated, perfect for our group of three. The backyard is so pretty with ‘grass’, tiki, beautiful palm trees and plenty of seating and lounging. It was our favorite spot to have morning coffee and meals.Additionally, Megan (host) was so patient and super helpful when the platform I was using glitched. She worked quickly with me to resolve a billing issue. Would definitely stay at this location again :) !

We enjoyed our stay at Little Island Pearl. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Love the Key Colony Beach community! Can’t wait to come back again!
