Things to Know
There is a non-refundable building registration fee ($50) required at the check-in at The Capri. The fee includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week for each space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was spacious and clean. Perhaps a little dated, but not in a way that affected our stay. My kids loved the pool and I loved the easy access to the beach. Vacasa provides linens (sheets, towels and wash cloths) and a welcome package with things like dish soap, shampoo, bar soap, dishwasher and washer pods. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price!

This condo was very comfortable and had everything you needed to stay for a couple days of family time. Only suggestion would be to clean the AC vents and upgrade the window coverings and blinds. We would recommend this condo!

The unit was clean and very close to the beach. However, it is a bit dated and in need of some upgrades. The Internet was terrible as we were only able to connect a few hours during our week stay. There was not much help to fix the issue. The master bath was leaky and upgrading the curtains in the master so that they actually close would help. Appliances were old but functional. Overall, it was an OK rental. However, that being said, I would not rent it again.
