Keyless entry, so very easy to enter the condo at any point. Free parking available. You can walk to many things though and there are plenty of Ubers available.
Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.
No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during a family getaway to Nashville. We traveled as a family of four, and the space was perfect for us - comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, including convenient parking, which was something we hadn’t considered until visiting the city.It would be hard to beat the location. It was centrally located and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance - we especially loved breakfast at Biscuit Love. We also highly recommend Sadie’s for dinner, which was just a short drive away.The host was fantastic and incredibly responsive. She quickly answered the couple of questions we had during both check-in and departure, making the entire experience seamless. An unexpected bonus after reserving the room, she provided a thoughtfully curated list of Nashville attractions and restaurant recommendations - it was actually quite helpful and we referenced it frequently when planning our trip.Overall, we highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, conveniently located home base for exploring Nashville. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re planning time at Music Row, visiting Belmont or Vanderbilt, or simply looking for a great place to stay while enjoying the city.

Very clean apartment in a safe area. 2 minute walk to shopping and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Vanderbilt hospital. The apartment is tastefullly decorated, well stocked, and has comfy beds. We will be staying again at our next medical visits!
