You can use the private gas grill to throw a fun family barbecue, and there is seating for ten at the large patio table.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Worked great for our family spring training vacation. It was a little cumbersome having to contact to turn on the heat for the pool but it was great. Also, the boys were hoping that a basketball would have been available but we couldn't find one but I never contacted them about it. Would definitely consider this house next time!

This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance to a lovely park. This house is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were all firm & bathrooms were clean & functional. This house provided everything to have an enjoyable stay: comfortable furniture, pool table, board games&puzzles, cornhole and basketball hoop. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from dinnerware, plastic tableware , new appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, to storage containers. Lovely outdoor area with multiple seating , pool and hot tub. This is a perfect house for a group for short term stay. However, during our 2 month stay we encountered a few issues. Be aware that the garage is unavailable making car loading and unloading inconvenient. We noticed the nonstick were scratched and damaged and not useable./ we contacted the manager & he promptly replaced them. His response to other issues were not as easily resolved. The dishwasher was missing the drain and rinse aid covers affecting the cleanliness of the dishes. Many times most of them had to be washed by hand the next morning. There was a muddy area in the back with standing water. When the manager was notified he stated he would contact the owner, however we never heard back and the problems were not resolved.All in all, however, this is a great, comfortable and enjoyable vacation house. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of friends and this house was exceptional for our long weekend stay.
The bedroom arrangement worked well for all of 8 of us, 3 single bed rooms and the one with multiple beds.
The highlight of the house is the plenty of space outside. Great backyard with everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the bocce ball set, grill set up and outdoor seating with the TV - good times!
The living area is also really spacious and accommodating - plenty of chairs and seats for a large group to gather around.
Plenty of amenities to enjoy a full day at the home if that’s what you’re planning on doing. We had a few in our group that had to do some work calls the first day and the home worked great for that, too.
If there’s anything to nitpick, it would be that the showers couldn’t get as hot as we would have liked and the shower heads seemed to be low in water pressure, but all in all, it’s not a huge deal.
